2. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto B2036/Balcombe Rd      heading to Cuckfield/Balcombe Continue to follow B2036.
3. Turn right in to Handcross Road (opposite the church), continue about 1.25 miles.
4. The farm track leading to our front door will be on the left (look out for the plant pot on the corner).
